Excellent service, quick delivery and efficient updates. The Auger was a lot heavier than I expected but it is a heavy duty item. Found it remarkably easy to use and quickly completed my first 60 cm hole for fence post. My only slight negative is the butterfly nut and bolt handle assembly which does not feel as substantial as the auger. Overall an excellent substantial tool which will make my fence preparation a whole lot easier.
